What we collect
If you use the consultation form, we receive the name, company, email address, service interest, and message you enter, plus standard server logs (IP address, user agent, time). We use a honeypot field to reject bots. We do not sell this information.
Why
We use it solely to respond to your inquiry, to screen the matter (including sanctions screening), and to keep a record of the intake. Legal bases: our legitimate interest in running a professional practice, and steps toward a contract if you engage us.
Retention
Inquiries that do not become engagements are kept only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a conflicts/sanctions record, then deleted or minimized. Engagement files follow the retention period in the engagement letter.
Sharing
We share inquiry data with service providers who host email and this website (including Cloudflare) and, where a matter proceeds, with the affiliated non-U.S. company strictly as required to perform the work. We do not use inquiry data for marketing lists.
